Description

Omni directional antenna (foam filled) 5dBi with mounting kit. N Female. Black.

2400-2500MHz & 5150-5925MHz

This antenna is designed to work on 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz frequencies.

It has a robust design with a foam filled radome making it ideal for high vibration environments such as mining vehicles.

  • Uniform omni-directional coverage
  • Marine versions provide powder coat finish with stainless steel hardware
  • High vibration models have conformal foam dampening for heavy mining & construction

These antennas are extreme environment versions of our popular OD Series Antennas.

The MOD Series are special Marine/Sea Water resistant antennas with external metal fittings specially protected for
the typical sea or harbor environment. The mount assembly and the base of the antenna are powder coated, with other
mounting hardware being stainless steel.

For very high vibration environments (mining, quarry and oil field construction) the OD-MOD2 series provides a viable
solution for a wide area network.

The feed assembly is made of machined aluminum components and is irridited for weather protection.

Both series are colinear arrays and provide uniform omnidirectional coverage. Unique phasing cancels out-of-phase
current distribution, improving performance.
